| Contra dancing is again the theme with two faces surrounded by dancing figures. As I move through the intricate steps of contra dancing, I am struck by how although we are all doing the same dance, each individual performs in a unique manner. Materials and techniques: whole cloth dyed cotton, free machine quilted, pieced and appliquéd border with title stitched across it. Hangs from a rod through a sleeve in the back. |
